Rajesh is a fellow member of ICAI and ICSI. He is also registered as an “Insolvency Professional” and “Registered Valuer” under the asset class “SFA” with IBBI. Rajesh is the Founder & Chairman of Alamak Capital Advisors Private Limited; engaged in Investment Banking and Corporate Financial Advisory. Prior to 2012, he spent 25 years with prominent corporates in leadership role in finance. Rajesh has extensively worked as a management consultant and strategic advisor. He has handled several M&A deals, spanning across diverse industries and geographies. He has served as an Independent Director on the Board of listed/unlisted companies. He has been a nominated member on the committees formed by IBBI & ICSI-RVO & CSR Committee of ICAI. He is credited with designing, developing and implementing Certificate Course on CSR introduced by ICAI of which nine batches have successfully completed. He is a frequent speaker on CSR. He is a guest faculty member of ICSI-RVO and has taken regular programmes on the subject of ‘Valuation’ and contributed articles & research material relating to valuation and CSR. He is a Rotarian and was Charter President of Rotary Club of Delhi-Manthan (2018-19) and CSR Chair for Rotary District 3011.
